A slightly manipulated picture of my Halloween costume this year when I went was Rorschach, one of my favorite super heroes of all time. Read Watchmen if you haven't already, otherwise you'll be missing out on one of the greatest comics ever written, and you'll have no idea who this is.

dude... how in the world did you do the mask???? I've been trying to do it since i heard that the movie was coming out and so far i haven't been able to properly get it... your's looks perfect

Honestly, the perfect comes from Photoshop, I removed the eye mesh and slightly tweeked the symmetry of the splotches, 'cus they're actually uneven on the real thing. It's really just stretch material like they use in Mexican wrestling masks with a classic Rorschach test pattern sewn on. An elastic band in the neck and mesh over the eyes make the thing usable. It's a great mask but honestly more than a little uncomfortable.
